I suspect her to be more of a pawn then anything. ModelMotion is right, she was rushing things with Ben. A set up, more or less, that cost her her life.

i think she was most def. working with the ppl who kidnapped josh. but then they killed her anyway, just for dramatic effect. we r definitely dealing with some pretty badass bad guys here!

People, she's not dead, did anyone watch the 13th episode of SummerHeat ? If you pause it at 2:18 you see Sadie swinging the gun, and then at 2:20 you see that Sadie is holding the gun, pointing down, so she only hit her with it! And the show her in the last one either way so you know she's still alive! Anyways, yeah she's pretty, but I really think that she was only using Ben to get to her brother [Josh].

This is the impression I got. The man that Josh shot was his step father, and Marisol's biological father. He has been chasing Josh ever since then. Their father is a serial killer of some sort, whose signature is to rip out his victims' teeth. Marisol somehow found out Ben is close with Josh, so she used him to find Josh. For some reason, they want the suitcase with the teeth in it back very badly.
